STEVE STANLEY

At the age of 11,  after the first three  albums were released,  Steve was properly introduced to KISS ALIVE!.  One defining moment of KISS ALIVE was the enormous amount of energy from that double live album with Watching You and She being two of his favorite songs from the album.  "I would listen to all of their albums from cover to cover with the anticipation of the next release."

Ace Frehley had always been a heavy influence. Ace's unique style and sound  is what persueded Steve to play guitar.
As a teen, Steve collected guitars that were designed more for Paul Stanley, such as the Gibson Flying V (currently used in Rocket Ride) and the Ibanez Destroyer II, which has features similar to the Iceman design.  In recent years he has purchased the Washburn Cracked Mirror Iceman Guitar.
Overall my musical style has been influenced by the individuals and history of KISS.
Along with playing guitar as Paul in Rocket Ride, he also plays bass in Pop Rockz and guitar/keys in 8-Track Flashback.
